Our Engagement

Service Contract:
This contract relates to the testing services provided by Proactive Health and Wellbeing to you (“the customer”) in exchange for the agreed payment.

“You” refers to any individual who has accessed our website, visited one of our clinics, or contacted us by telephone and intends to place, or has placed, an order for our products and services (“Services”).

Our services are not suitable for emergencies or for conditions requiring a physical examination. Proactive Health and Wellbeing specialises in general wellbeing and is not designed to provide acute or emergency medical care.

We are not an acute primary care provider or emergency testing service, and our services should not be used as a substitute for such care. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of the information you provide for the purpose of preparing your test results.

Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of placing your order and receive a refund. If services have already begun, the refund may be reduced to reflect the portion of the service already delivered. This reduction is calculated based on the value of the services provided compared to the total contract price.

You may also be entitled to a refund under consumer law if Proactive Health and Wellbeing fails to deliver the service with reasonable care and skill, or within an appropriate timeframe.

Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights, including your right to seek compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses resulting from negligence or breach of contract.
